SUPA Energy is all about making essential services better and more affordable for Australians. 

That’s why we make it quick and easy to pay your energy bill through any of the options below, including My SUPA Account which gives you complete control over your energy usage.

My SUPA Account

You can pay your monthly bills via My Account, which brings all of your account, billing and energy usage data into one easy-to-use online platform. By registering, you’ll also receive our free SUPA Alert SMS notifications to keep track of your usage throughout the month.

Direct Deposit

Payments can be made electronically via internet banking. You’ll find SUPA Energy’s BSB and Bank Account details at the bottom of your bill.

Please ensure you use the unique Reference Number mentioned on your bill when making the deposit.

You can also pay with card.

Cheque Payments

If you’d like to pay via cheque, please post your cheque payment addressed to: SUPA Energy Pty Ltd, PO Box 429, South Melbourne, VIC 3205. 

Direct Debit

Setting up a Direct Debit is an easy way to ensure your bills are automatically paid on time without any hassle.  

Each month, the amount of the bill will be deducted from your nominated account in line with our Direct Debit Terms and Conditions. 

 To setup a Direct Debit, login to My SUPA Account and complete the Direct Debit Setup Form. 

BPay

You can pay your SUPA Energy bill using the BPAY facility provided by your bank or financial institution. Payment can be made from your cheque, savings, debit or transaction account. 

SUPA Energy’s BPay Biller Code is 400390 and is registered under our trading name, SUPA Energy.
