How you're billed
You will be billed at the rates set out in your agreement from account creation. If your annual usage exceeds, or is forecast to exceed, 40 MWh (VIC) or 100 MWh (all other states), your account may move to Large Market rates. We will notify you in advance with your new rates and billing structure.
