Moving Out?

To disconnect your SUPA Energy services, please click here to access your account and submit your account information. Once logged into My Account, you will need to complete and submit the move out form before your selected move out date. Upon receipt of your move out details, a final invoice will be generated. By submitting this form, you are requesting the disconnection of your services at your current address.

Emergencies – Call 000

If someone’s life is in danger, you can smell gas, there is a fire or other risk to yourself, your home or workplace, please call Emergency Services on 000 right away.

Faults – Find my Energy Distributor

For service disruptions, please contact your local energy distributor. They are listed on the top right-hand corner of your SUPA Energy invoice under the heading ‘Faults and Emergencies’, alongside their 24-hour contact number. You can also find your local energy distributor through the Australian Energy Regulator website.
